Shipping rates originate from our South Texas studio (77477 zip code) and are based on discounted real-time UPS shipping rates to your address.
Once you’ve placed an order with WonderFaux Studio, your order will be guaranteed to be processed the same day – if the order is placed by 12pm Central time. After order fulfillment, most orders should arrive within 1-4 business days depending on where you live in the United States. Texas customers receive a free upgrade to Next-Day Delivery at no extra cost as well as Flat-Rate Shipping Rates [INSERT LINK]. Ground shipments are based on actual transit time after the processing period. Please remember there are no weekend or holiday deliveries for UPS except for certain locations. Saturday Delivery by UPS is available only in some areas for an extra cost.
We do not offer a back-order system, but feel free to call our studio to check on in-store availability for any products not available online.
Please note that sometimes we will split your order into multiple packages to provide you with more efficient service and proper packaging to avoid damages. Also, please realize that the Annie Sloan Chalk Paint quarts can vary in weight by as much as 8 ounces depending on the color selected because of the pigments used to create the particular color.
If an e-mail address is provided to us when placing your order, you will receive a payment confirmation as well as a tracking number as soon as the payment & shipping process is complete. Additional optional value-added services such as requiring a signature upon delivery may be added to your order upon request at an additional charge. If you request a package to be placed in a specific location if you are not home, please include your request in the comments section of the order form.
Damages
If a package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, we must be notified within 24 hours via e-mail or telephone at 281-242-4937. Please attach pictures of any damaged products and their packaging and e-mail to us at info@wonderfauxstudio.com. All goods are shipped in mint condition, once a package is picked up by the shipping company, WonderFaux Studio has no control over its handling. Please inspect and open the package and check its contents as soon as possible. Slight dents may occur during normal transit and handling by the shipping company. All claims, damages, and lost packages will the responsibility of the customer to inform WonderFaux Studio.
Sales Tax
WonderFaux Studio charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on WonderFauxStudio.com that is shipped within the state of Texas.
Return Policy
WonderFaux Studio accepts returns made within 7 days of the UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery date. Materials returned must be unopened and unused to receive in-store credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to return merchandise in a sellable form. Items must be returned in exact same condition as shipped. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue store credit upon receipt, excluding shipping charges. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
